- 繼上一集由前任警察布萊恩歐康納（保羅沃克飾）和蜜雅從囚車救出唐老大（馮迪索飾），然後狂飆甩掉警車。現在他們躲在里約熱內盧的角落，大家正在商討為了獲得自由，準備要幹最後一票後遠走高飛。
這一次他們要召集圈內最頂尖的人物，搶走高達一億元的現金。為了要完全擺脫麻煩，他們必須要除掉當地一名想要殺死他們的貪污腐敗的商人瑞斯（喬昆迪艾曼達飾），另一方面他們還必須對付警局的人。

In Fast Five, former cop Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker) partners with ex-con Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) on the opposite side of the law. Dwayne Johnson joins returning favorites Jordana Brewster, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, Matt Schulze, Tego Calderon and Don Omar for this ultimate high-stakes race. Since Brian and Mia Toretto (Brewster) broke Dom out of custody, they’ve blown across many borders to elude authorities.
